Run solely bySapphire Mills, Sapphire Beauty is the result of nearly two decades of industry experience, determination, and a clear vision for creating a calm, accessible space where clients can relax and feel looked after.
From a Single Room to a Full Salon
Before opening her new salon, Sapphire had been running her beauty business from a single room in Pakefield. While the space served her well, circumstances changed when the building owner decided to sell, leaving Sapphire in urgent need of new premises.
With an established client base and a strong reputation built over18 years in the beauty industry, Sapphire needed somewhere that would allow her business to continue — and grow. The brief was clear:
- Affordable rent
- Good frontage and visibility
- Enough space to work comfortably
- Easy access for existing clients
- A location that would also attract new customers
That’s where we stepped in.

Working closely with Sapphire, we searched for a property that ticked all the boxes. The result is abeautifully fronted shop at265 London Road South, perfectly positioned in one of Lowestoft’s busiest and most accessible areas.
The new premises benefit from excellent footfall, strong visual presence, and fantastic transport links. With multiple direct bus routes stopping nearby — including theX2, X21, X22 and 99— the salon is incredibly easy for clients to reach. It’s also just a stone’s throw from Lowestoft’s award-winning beach and only a10-minute walk from the town centre, making it an ideal spot for both locals and visitors.
A Space That Reflects the Brand
Since moving in, Sapphire has truly made the space her own. The salon has been decorated beautifully inside and out, creating a warm, professional and relaxing environment that reflects the quality of the treatments she offers.
Opening her own salon marked a major milestone for Sapphire, who officially launched Sapphire Beauty in November 2025. Since then, demand has continued to grow, with Sapphire recently expanding her opening hours to accommodate an increasing number of clients — a clear sign that the new location is working perfectly.
